Lucky Kayaker Gets up Close

While some people have nightmares of falling, or having their teeth fall out, one of my nightmares is being lost at sea by myself — not because of the vast expanse of ocean or the threat of drowning from exhaustion, but because of a silly fear that a big whale tail might breach the surface and slap my body down.
